Plague capital

An unknown plague struck and the city was infected. They are twin sisters respectively, the dead parasitic sister resurrected and manipulated her sister to kill. Psychopaths are manipulated by demons, disguised as plague doctors. The Virgin tried to sacrifice herself to save the world, but was parasitized by rats and became the mother of the plague.
